A woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted by an unknown man outside the Starbucks on King Street, Stroud. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, when the man approached the victim and grabbed her shoulder, forcing her to walk alongside him.
He led her under the railway bridge toward the canal path at Wallbridge and continued toward Lidl. During this time, the man attempted to kiss and touch the woman without her consent. Despite her repeated refusals, the assault continued until she managed to run back to the Starbucks. The victim sustained bruising to her shoulder during the attack.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build. He had dark brown hair, a moustache, and was wearing a light-colored t-shirt, shorts, and trainers at the time.

Gloucestershire Police have reviewed CCTV footage and are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has information about the suspect to come forward. Witnesses are encouraged to contact police online, quoting incident number 243 of July 18.
