Wrexham Forward Mo Faal Joins Cheltenham Town on Loan

Cheltenham Town has strengthened their squad by signing Wrexham forward Mo Faal on loan until the end of the season. The 22-year-old striker joins his former teammate Harry Ashfield at Whaddon Road, both aiming to make a strong impact in League Two.

Mo Faal began his career in the youth setup at West Bromwich Albion, where he showcased his talent with the club’s Under-21 team. To gain valuable first-team experience, he had loan spells at Hereford, AFC Fylde, Doncaster Rovers, and Walsall before securing a move to Wrexham in August 2024.

At the start of the current season, Faal moved to League One side Port Vale, scoring three goals before an injury sustained during an EFL Trophy match against Bolton Wanderers on January 13 sidelined him temporarily.
