Worker at Cirencester Bar Racially Abused and Followed in Town Centre

Gloucestershire Police have launched a CCTV appeal after a man was reportedly racially abused at a bar in Cirencester. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday, November 29, outside a bar on Castle Street. According to reports, the offender directed racist remarks at a member of staff before following them on foot through the town centre.

Officers have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident. Despite conducting several inquiries, the suspect has not yet been identified. Police are urging anyone who recognizes the individual to come forward.

Gloucestershire Police acknowledge that the CCTV image is not very clear but hope that someone might identify the man. Anyone with information is asked to complete an online form and reference incident 67 of November 29.
