Woman’s 37-Stitch Dog Bite Scar and Wrinkles ‘Gone’ Thanks to Face Yoga

Research, while limited, supports these benefits. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that a regular facial exercise routine—about 30 minutes daily or every other day for 20 weeks—can modestly improve facial appearance, particularly among middle-aged women.
