Natalie Colbourne-Park, a size 16 mother from Shropshire, experienced a moment of humiliation that ultimately sparked a life-changing transformation. In January 2024, while on a ski holiday in Val d’Isère, France, she suffered a slow-speed fall just two hours after starting to ski. Weighing 14 stone 7 pounds at the time, Natalie’s knees slid forward while her body tilted back, resulting in a broken right knee that required reconstructive surgery. Unable to walk, she was strapped onto a sledge and towed off the mountain by paramedics in a moment she describes as mortifying.
The accident highlighted the impact of her weight on her recovery and daily life. Determined to make a change, Natalie began a course of Mounjaro injections in February 2024. Over six months, she lost an impressive five stone seven pounds, dropping down to nine stone and fitting into a size six. Unlike previous diets, she credits Mounjaro with helping her gain control over her body and eliminate the “food noise” that had previously sabotaged her efforts.
Natalie’s weight struggles date back to her teenage years, with portion control and natural predisposition playing major roles. Her weight loss transformed not only her figure but also her lifestyle. She now enjoys increased agility and confidence, remarking on how much easier life is without the burden of excess weight. Even her children noticed the positive change, telling her she looks happier than before.

Early in her weight loss journey, Natalie found herself overwhelmed by the number of supplements she was taking—up to 18 pills daily, costing over £2,000. Drawing from her professional background in pharmaceuticals and medical aesthetics, she created HerVibe Supplements, a wellness brand designed to support women using Mounjaro or Wegovy. HerVibe offers a discreet, easy-to-use companion system that complements the weight loss process without trying to replace the medication.
Reflecting on the experience, Natalie is grateful for the skiing accident, which she now sees as the catalyst for her transformation. “That was the trigger that prompted me to try the weight loss medication,” she says. “Though it was embarrassing then, it’s the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me because I wouldn’t be where I am now.”
