Woman Dies After Car Crashes into Wall in Gloucestershire Village

A 91-year-old woman has tragically died after her car crashed into a wall in the Gloucestershire village of Upton St Leonards.

The accident occurred around 12:15 pm on Tuesday, March 31, when a white Volkswagen Polo collided with a wall on Rance Pitch. Emergency responders treated the driver at the scene, but she was sadly pronounced dead.

Gloucestershire Police have informed the woman’s next of kin and the coroner.

Authorities are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward. Those with information are urged to contact Gloucestershire Police through their website, quoting incident number 178 of March 31. Alternatively, people can call 101 with the same reference.
