Woman Dies After Car Crashes Into Wall in Gloucestershire Village

A tragic accident occurred in the Gloucestershire village of Upton St Leonards when a car crashed into a wall, resulting in the death of the driver. The incident took place at approximately 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31.

The vehicle involved was a white Volkswagen Polo, which struck a wall on Rance Pitch. The driver, a 91-year-old woman from Stroud, received medical attention at the scene but was sadly pronounced dead.

Gloucestershire Police have informed the woman’s next of kin and the coroner. Authorities are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward to assist with the investigation.
