Jeremy Clarkson’s beloved series, Clarkson’s Farm, is set to return sooner than fans expected. Prime Video has shared an exciting first look at the upcoming fifth season, featuring familiar faces like Kaleb Cooper, Jeremy Clarkson, and Lisa Hogan as they dive back into farm life.
The new season promises fresh adventures, including Clarkson chasing a large flock of ducks across the fields and new challenges arising following the recent opening of his pub. After being renewed in November 2024, season five will continue to showcase the trials and triumphs of running Diddly Squat Farm, even as the UK farming community responds to a turbulent government budget.
Unlike a traditional drop, the season will release in three parts, consistent with previous shows:

- Part one: June 3
- Part two: June 10
- Part three: June 17
This staggered schedule means fans will get a steady stream of episodes, with a total of eight installments. The first four episodes will premiere on June 3, followed by two episodes the next week, and concluding with the final two episodes on June 17.
The official synopsis teases big changes at the farm: “Clarkson’s Farm is back, and amidst a government budget that sends the UK farming community into uproar, Jeremy decides some big changes are needed to make the farm run more smoothly. But while the farm tries to go high-tech — resulting in Kaleb’s first ever trip abroad — even bigger developments are heading for Diddly Squat that are going to prove much more of a challenge.”
Returning cast members confirmed include Clarkson, Hogan, and Cooper, with hopes that familiar faces such as Charlie Ireland and Gerald Cooper will make appearances. As usual, viewers can expect guest experts to join the cast, similar to Harriet Cowan’s role in season four.
Despite its popularity, Clarkson has hinted that the show may not continue indefinitely. Speaking to Radio Times, he revealed he plans to end the series “when there are no more ideas.” He currently has plans for a sixth series but suggested it might be the last.
Producer Andy Wilman echoed this sentiment on the Extraordinary Life Stories podcast, emphasizing that the show will conclude while it’s still beloved by viewers: “You can’t do that thing where you make one film or one series too many and people say, ‘No, this is b*****ks now.’ You have to discipline yourself to go, ‘We end this now while we still have an audience.’ The same will have to happen with the farm. It’s Jeremy’s show. It’s his baby.”
Fans can mark their calendars: Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 premieres exclusively on Prime Video on June 3.
