Authorities have issued an urgent appeal for information regarding Kelly, a woman reported missing after being last seen on Wednesday, November 12. Kelly disappeared from the Witcombe area near Gloucester and has not been seen since.
Kelly is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a medium build. She has mousey brown, shoulder-length hair, which may be tied back in a ponytail.
There is a possibility that she may be in the Coopers Hill, Cranham, or Birdlip areas.

Police are urging anyone with information about Kelly’s whereabouts to contact them immediately by calling 101 and referencing incident 209 of 14 November. If Kelly is seen at the time of the call, please dial 999.
Additionally, information can be provided to the Missing People charity by calling 116 000.
