Two Teenagers Charged with Murder Following Cheltenham Stabbing

Two teenage boys have been charged with murder after a stabbing in Cheltenham that resulted in the death of a man in his 40s. The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, December 16, in the St Paul’s area of the town.

According to Gloucestershire Police, the suspects, aged 15 and 17 and both local to Cheltenham, face additional charges of robbery and possession of a bladed article. Both have been remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, December 19.

Meanwhile, a man who was arrested alongside the teenagers has been released with no further action. Additionally, three other individuals from Cheltenham, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, have been released on bail and are expected to return to court at a later date.
