Two men have been formally charged in connection with a firearm discharge incident that occurred in Gloucester. Joseph Connors, aged 39, and Ramunas Mackevicius, aged 49, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on June 18 regarding the events on June 16 in the Walham area.
Police were alerted to a disturbance and the sound of a gunshot around 5:30 pm on Tuesday. Gloucestershire Police confirmed that no serious injuries resulted from the incident.
Following their court appearance, Connors, from Elmore, Gloucester, was remanded in custody, while Mackevicius, residing on Walham Lane, Gloucester, was granted bail. Both are scheduled to appear again at Gloucester Crown Court on July 16.
