Tony Hadley’s Fear of Never Being Forgiven by Wife Over Snub

Former frontman of Spandau Ballet, Tony Hadley, has voiced concerns about his wife’s disappointment over their postponed honeymoon. Married to Alison Evers since 2009, the couple shares two daughters, 16-year-old Zara and 11-year-old Genevieve.

Despite over a decade of marriage, Hadley has yet to fulfill the tradition of a post-nuptial holiday, a fact that worries him. He admitted in a 2022 interview with The Times that his wife dreams of visiting the Maldives, a destination he fears might bore him, despite its renowned diving spots.

Acknowledging the challenges of being married to a musician, Hadley praised his wife for her patience and understanding of his career’s demands. He emphasized the importance of balancing work commitments with family time, expressing gratitude for Alison’s role in raising their daughters.

Having previously been married to Leonie Hadley, the musician attributed his touring schedule as a factor in their 2003 separation. Now residing in Oxfordshire with his current wife and their children, Hadley expressed contentment with their tranquil small-town lifestyle, contrary to initial concerns about moving away from city life.

On a podcast, Hadley lauded the sense of community and freedom in their new surroundings, debunking his wife’s fears about relocating. Additionally, he discussed his appearance on ITV’s James Martin’s Saturday Morning cook show as part of his upcoming commitments.
