The National Lottery recently introduced an updated two-round format for Lotto draws, held every Wednesday and Saturday. “New Lotto is here and it’s twice as exciting,” the National Lottery explained. “Each draw now includes two rounds, giving players two chances to win a prize with every line of numbers they play - all for the same price. Best of all, we expect to see more than double the number of millionaires created.”
Players who match all six numbers in either round will win the jackpot, which will be shared across both rounds. While this format increases the chances of winning, it also means the jackpot may be divided among multiple winners.
