In a recent interview with Men’s Health Magazine, the 52-year-old chef shared his go-to weeknight dinner consisting of just three simple ingredients: new potatoes, chicken pieces, and broccoli, all roasted in an air fryer.
“There may be one evening a week that I’m back in time to do tea for my son,” Kerridge said. “It’s very simple, something like new potatoes, chicken pieces and broccoli roasted in an air fryer.”
Kerridge explained his intention behind serving uncomplicated meals to his son: “He can’t just grow up all the time learning about Peruvian cuisine or different cooking methods with coals.”
