These components can contribute to a feeling of fullness and assist in weight management, as reported by many individuals in the comment section.
Holland & Barrett describes chia seeds as small, shiny, grey/black seeds with significant historical and nutritional significance. However, the doctor issued a warning against dry scooping chia seeds, emphasizing the risk of blockages that could result from inadequate consumption.
