An 18-year-old motorcyclist sustained serious leg and arm injuries following a collision with a van on the A38 in Gloucestershire. The accident occurred around 6 pm on Tuesday, December 16, at a junction near Berkeley.
The incident involved a white Vauxhall Vivaro panel van and a green Kawasaki 125cc motorcycle. The van was traveling from Thornbury, while the motorcycle was coming from the Cambridge direction.
The young rider, from the Fairford area, was promptly taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment and has since been discharged. The van driver, a 34-year-old man from Wotton Under Edge, was not injured.

Gloucestershire Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward. They are particularly interested in accounts from those who have not yet spoken to officers.
