Gloucestershire Police have launched an investigation following a distressing incident in Brockworth, Gloucester. A teenage boy allegedly exposed his genitals to a young girl walking nearby and made inappropriate comments.
The incident took place on Abbotswood Road at approximately 7:25 p.m. on Sunday, July 19. Witnesses report the suspect as a Black male, around 15 years old, with flattened black hair. At the time, he was riding a red bicycle and wearing a black top, jeans, and flip-flops.
Despite a police search of the area and CCTV inquiries, the teenager remains at large. Authorities are urging anyone who was in the area or who recognizes the description to come forward with information.
