An early morning rampage by a group of approximately 10 teenagers wreaked havoc on Seventh Avenue, Tuffley, just outside of Gloucester. The youths, believed to be between 14 and 17 years old, vandalized a shop, verbally abused the staff, and intimidated customers. Their actions included smashing a window, attempting to damage a chilled display unit, and blocking entry to a neighboring shop. When confronted by the staff, the group resorted to racially abusive behavior.
Gloucestershire police have launched an investigation, reviewing CCTV footage and urging anyone with relevant information to come forward. They are seeking witnesses to the incident, which occurred on April 16 at 8:50 am. Those with information are encouraged to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 89 of April 16.
