Gloucestershire Police received a report around 6:15 pm about an altercation at the junction of York Road and Eastern Avenue. According to the victim, he was sitting in his vehicle when the driver of a white Volkswagen approached, opened the car door, and stabbed him in the arm. Following enquiries, a 31-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
