Joseph Connors, 39, and Ramunas Mackevicius, 49, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 18, in connection with the event that took place in Walham on Tuesday, June 16. Police responded to reports of a disturbance and a firearm being fired at around 5:30 pm. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
