The affected stretch, located between Haw Bridge and the junction with Wainlode Lane, will be closed each night from 7pm to 7am starting May 12 and continuing for five nights, excluding the weekend, with work expected to finish on Monday, May 18.
In addition to the B4213 closure, Wainlode Lane will also be closed along a one-mile section leading down to The Red Lion pub.
