Watts will be joining from fellow League Two side Swindon Town, where he currently serves as chief commercial officer. His extensive experience also includes roles as general manager at Hereford FC and commercial manager at Newport County AFC.
Having joined Swindon in 2022, Watts is set to begin his tenure at Cheltenham’s Whaddon Road stadium in June.
