The closure will cover not only Highland Road, located just off Sandy Lane, but will also extend along Parkland Road, Littledown Road, and Southfield Approach near the Cheltenham Tag Rugby Club at the Old Patesians RFC ground. The closure will be enforced daily between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm, with no vehicular traffic permitted within the designated zone during these hours.
