Gloucestershire Police responded to the call around 8:10 AM on Wednesday, April 22nd, after receiving reports that the man was walking along the street exposing himself. Upon arrival, officers arrested a man believed to be in his 60s from the Cheltenham area in connection with the incident. He has since been taken into police custody for questioning.
