Using his Garrett ACE 400i detector, Stuart uncovered a rare gold and diamond cluster ring dating back to the late 16th or early 17th century. The exquisite Tudor-era ring is expected to sell for between £15,000 and £20,000 at an upcoming auction held by Noonans on 23 June.
