The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 pm on Saturday, April 26, near Old Quarry Farm. The collision involved a silver Triumph Trident motorcycle and a blue Volkswagen Polo. The rider, a man in his 20s, was airlifted by helicopter to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries. Gloucestershire Police confirmed he remains hospitalized. Following the crash, several road closures were implemented along the A429, affecting traffic between Donnington Lane and the A424 Evesham Road junctions.
