The 25-year-old all-rounder impressed during the recent Rothesay County Championship, amassing 914 runs including two centuries, one notably against Lancashire at Cheltenham. Since his First-Class debut in 2018, Charlesworth has made 60 appearances, scoring 2,869 runs at an average of 30, and taking 33 wickets. His List A credentials are equally strong, with nearly 1,000 runs at an average of 39, highlighted by a maiden century versus Hampshire in last season’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup.
