The disturbing incident was discovered by an off-duty police officer on the morning of Monday, April 20, around 11:45 am. The officer reported seeing a man distributing bleach on the ground while carrying loaves of bread in the area off Lyneham Drive. Subsequently, dogs that consumed food left on the ground in the vicinity became unwell, although authorities are still investigating whether the bleach was the direct cause.
