Representing Matson, Robinswood, and White City, Graham becomes the city’s 546th mayor and its first Independent to hold the position. Known also for his work as a DJ and former pub landlord, Graham expressed his deep honor at the council meeting held on May 18, where his nomination was supported by both Independent and Liberal Democrat colleagues.
