Gloucestershire police are investigating multiple incidents of theft across the county, including a targeted burglary and several vehicle break-ins. Among the cases is the reported theft of a striking yellow, green, and red bag adorned with diamantes, believed to be stolen by a strawberry blond man in his 30s.
One of the notable recent crimes involves the forced removal of a key safe in Maisemore, where the offenders used the stolen key to enter a property and abscond with a significant amount of cash along with four sets of car keys. This incident occurred between midnight and 6 a.m. on July 5.
Further reports detail vehicle thefts and break-ins: a black Fiat Pickup and a black Ford Ranger were stolen from a commercial site on Tetbury Road in Cirencester, along with a quad bike and various power tools. Multiple vehicles in Gloucester, including a grey VW Transporter on Bakers Quay and others on Oxford Street and Adelaide Street, were entered, resulting in stolen items ranging from cash and trainers to a mountain bike and vape juice.

In St Michaels Square, Gloucester, the theft of a handbag containing property keys and a distinctive keyring featuring the slogan ‘Put P in prosecco’ has been linked to the strawberry blond suspect, described as wearing a navy t-shirt with an emblem, navy joggers, and trainers with a blue/black stripe.
Additional thefts include the disappearance of a lime green pushbike from Stratford Park Leisure Centre in Stroud, the stealing of a Suzuki motorcycle from Framilode in Saul, and the removal of a “Support the Seven Tuns” banner from a private wall opposite the Seven Tuns Public House in Chedworth, causing local distress.
