In Gloucester, a stolen vehicle was spotted being driven with two blown-out tyres and no number plates, leading to the arrest of one suspect. The incident occurred around 9:30 pm on Monday, December 1, in the Tuffley area.
An off-duty Gloucestershire Police officer noticed the suspicious vehicle and observed two males exiting the car. One was detained on the spot and arrested after being found with the car key, a part of the number plate, and a quantity of Class B drugs.
A vehicle check confirmed the car had been reported stolen following a burglary in Matson in November. The 21-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of Class B drugs. He has since been released on bail while investigations continue.
