Smiling Suspect Sought by Cheltenham Police as Urgent 999 Manhunt Underway

Gloucestershire Police have launched an urgent manhunt for 33-year-old Shane Walsh, a Cheltenham resident wanted on recall to prison. Walsh, who also faces allegations of multiple public order offences, remains at large despite extensive police efforts.

Described as a white male, approximately 5ft 6in tall, with a medium build and short brown hair, Walsh is believed to be in the Cheltenham area. Police have released an image showing him smiling, and they are appealing to the public for assistance in locating him.

Authorities strongly advise anyone who spots Walsh to avoid approaching him. Instead, they should immediately call 999 if he is present or contact the police non-emergency number 101 to report sightings or relevant information, referencing incident 433 of 14 November.
