Serial Child Abuser Jailed for Exploiting Young Girls

Connor Parsons, who began abusing children as a teenager, has been sentenced to four years in prison for multiple sexual offenses involving young girls.

In 2013, when Parsons was just 14, he exposed himself and sexually assaulted two six-year-old girls in a village near Cirencester. He forced one girl to perform oral sex and inappropriately touched and kissed both children, all of whom were too young to consent.

The victims came forward in 2022, disclosing the abuse to their parents and schools, which prompted a police investigation. Parsons was also convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2019 after meeting her in a park and abusing her in a secluded area.

On November 14, 2025, at Gloucester Crown Court, Parsons pleaded guilty to charges including inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity without penetration, two counts of sexual assault, and sexual activity with a child.

During sentencing on February 2, Judge Rupert Lowe acknowledged Parsons’ troubled childhood marked by neglect and abuse but emphasized these factors did not excuse his crimes. Parsons must serve at least two-thirds of his sentence before being eligible for release.

In addition to imprisonment, Parsons received a 10-year restraining order and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order prohibiting contact with girls under 16.

All three victims bravely read impact statements in court, revealing the lasting trauma and emotional struggle caused by Parsons’ actions. They expressed relief that he admitted guilt and hope that justice will help prevent further abuse.

The investigating officer praised the victims’ courage and the role their testimony played in securing Parsons' conviction. Authorities emphasized their commitment to supporting survivors and encouraging victims to report offenses, no matter how much time has passed.
