This weekend, James Martin’s popular ITV show, Saturday Morning, will air with a new start time, marking a notable change in its usual schedule. Traditionally broadcast every Saturday at 9:30 am since its debut in 2017, the show has become a staple of ITV’s weekend lineup, featuring celebrity guests and culinary delights.
However, on June 6, the program will begin an hour later at 10:30 am, following ITV Racing: The Opening Show, which will occupy the 9:30 am to 10:30 am slot. The Saturday Morning edition will then run until 12:15 pm, offering a condensed but still engaging format.
This episode will be the last before the show’s summer hiatus. The team shared their excitement on social media, teasing fans with the lineup featuring singer Natasha Hamilton, chef Mike Reid, and award-winning chocolatier William Curley.

Fans have expressed their enthusiasm for the show’s return and their hopes for future episodes, praising the content and eagerly anticipating the next season.
The scheduling adjustment comes in the wake of a “super-sized” announcement earlier this year, when James Martin revealed that the show would extend by 45 minutes, airing from 9:30 am to noon starting New Year’s Day. This change coincided with broader shifts to ITV’s daytime programming, including alterations to Lorraine Kelly’s show and Loose Women, which now run seasonally rather than year-round.
Martin acknowledged the changes with gratitude and optimism, promising viewers an improved viewing experience in the new timeslot.
James Martin’s Saturday Morning will be broadcast at 10:30 am on June 6 on ITV1 and ITVX.
