According to Royal Mail, the delivery interruptions stem from factors such as high staff absences, resourcing shortages, and other localized issues. The organization reassures customers that, despite these obstacles, it strives to maintain deliveries six days a week to every address receiving mail.
To minimize inconvenience, Royal Mail is rotating deliveries in the affected areas and providing targeted support to help local offices overcome their difficulties and restore standard service levels as quickly as possible.
