Capper spoke openly about the difficulty of losing loved ones, recounting how he first faced such grief at the age of seven, followed by the devastating death of a best friend in a road accident when he was sixteen. “It was a right wet night, it was horrible,” he said, recalling the tragic moment. “I was with him 20 minutes before he died… He drove there and never made it back home.”

Sonny shared his own heartbreaking story of losing a close friend to suicide. Overcome with emotion, he described their final conversation the night before his friend’s death and the shock of receiving the tragic news the next morning. “He was like a brother,” Sonny said, fighting back tears. “They couldn’t bring him back.”

The pair emphasized the importance of having support and acknowledged the strength they draw from each other. Capper assured viewers, “It’s ok to not be ok. Everyone has their battles. I’m very lucky I’ve got you boys.”

Motivated by their experiences, Sonny and Capper have launched a fundraising campaign to support a men’s mental health charity.
