Reuben revealed his dream of owning a property where they can both pursue their passions. “We’re just waiting for something to come up,” he said. “I want a nice place where I can park my diggers and Jess can keep her sheep and cows.”
While marriage and children aren’t immediate plans, Reuben is open to these milestones in the future. Reflecting on his large family — his parents Amanda and Clive have nine children — Reuben joked, “I don’t fancy nine kids at all. We’ll have to wait and see.”
Their relationship nearly hit a snag early on when Reuben lost his wallet before their first date. “It took me a while to ask her out, I wasn’t that brave,” he admitted. “We went out for tea one night and she had to pay because I’d lost my wallet!”
