Prince William’s Alleged Plan for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Raises Eyebrows, Royal Expert Claims

Speculation surrounding Prince William’s alleged plan to strip Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their royal titles has caused quite a stir, as suggested by royal expert Kinsey Schofield during a discussion with Sky News Australia.

Schofield asserted that she had credible information suggesting that Prince William is considering removing the royal titles of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when he ascends the throne.

During her appearance on Sky News Australia, she remarked, “I have it on good authority that Prince William wants to strip them [Harry and Meghan] of their titles and the Sussexes would like reassurance that he won’t do that, knowing how much it would hurt their commercial opportunities.”

These claims have emerged in the midst of ongoing controversy surrounding Meghan Markle’s use of royal titles, even after stepping back from their roles in the Royal Family in 2020. Meghan’s recent Instagram post, which included the honorific “Your Royal Highness”, sparked criticism. However, it was clarified that the use of the title was in the context of a letter from Ukraine’s vice president, and not an adoption of the title by Meghan herself.

The focus on the three-word title used by a Ukrainian official has resulted in intense scrutiny of Meghan’s actions and intentions. This has led to further discussions about the initial agreement regarding the use of HRH and concerns about potential commercial exploitation.

A confidant of King Charles expressed dismay at the situation, labeling it as “outrageous” and criticizing Meghan Markle’s use of the HRH title on a website that appears to be promoting merchandise.

In light of these developments, a Royal insider has suggested that Meghan Markle may be testing the boundaries of her relationship with senior members of the Royal family by using the royal title in specific contexts.

The persistent controversy surrounding the use of royal titles has prompted inquiries to Kensington Palace for their official response.
