Prince Harry to Visit UK Without Meghan Markle and Children

Prince Harry will be visiting the UK next week without Meghan Markle, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet, according to recent reports. Initially, the couple had planned to bring their entire family back to London for the first time in four years. However, those plans were abruptly canceled after Harry was denied police protection during his stay.

The Telegraph reports that, following days of uncertainty, Prince Harry concluded it would be “not safe” to bring his wife and children to London. He is still scheduled to visit Birmingham, where the 2025 Invictus Games are set to take place, as part of his five-day trip.

There remains a possibility that Meghan and the children might join him during the later stages of the visit in Birmingham, with the Duchess expected to attend an engagement related to the Invictus Games. This appearance could still proceed, despite the earlier changes in plans.

Prince Harry is flying alone to London on Monday, and it is currently unclear if he has accepted an invitation from his father, King Charles III, to stay at a royal residence. Sources suggest that any meetings between Harry and the King are being arranged privately.

Unfortunately, the chance for King Charles to meet his American grandchildren during this visit appears uncertain. Since the family’s last trip to the UK for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022, Meghan and the children have not returned to Britain.
