The event took place on Monday, 3 August, between 2pm and 2.25pm. Officers were alerted after an unknown man approached a woman walking through an alleyway connecting Forsythe Way and Willow Avenue.

According to investigators, the man followed the woman and, as she fled, threatened to kill her. The woman managed to hide safely; however, the man searched for her before leaving on foot along Willow Avenue towards Coney Hill Road.
