New French-Indian Fusion Restaurant Muse Opens at Gloucester Quays

A fresh culinary gem has arrived at Gloucester Quays: MUSE Brasserie, a French-Indian fusion restaurant renowned for blending bold flavors from both cultures. Already popular in Cheltenham and Bristol, MUSE has now opened its third location right in the heart of Gloucester.

After weeks of preparation and a soft launch last weekend, MUSE is ready to welcome diners with an enticing menu that spans signature cocktails, classic Sunday roasts, and innovative Asian-inspired dishes. Highlights include the hariyali chicken tikka masala served with cumin rice and paratha (£25), alongside a flavorful vegan thali—a traditional South Asian platter featuring a variety of small dishes priced at £22.

The restaurant’s ambiance is thoughtfully crafted to make every visit memorable, combining carefully selected music with warm, attentive hospitality. The MUSE team shared their excitement about the opening, saying, “We’ve been meticulously refining the space, building our team, and curating a truly special atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The support and feedback so far have been wonderful, and we look forward to welcoming more guests.”
