Gloucester is gearing up for an exciting addition to its city centre with the arrival of Hotel Indigo, set to open in February 2026 as part of The Forum development. This new 129-bedroom hotel will feature a stylish rooftop bar and a vibrant restaurant, offering guests a unique experience at the heart of the city.
The hotel forms a key part of the ongoing revitalisation of Kings Square, which is seeing significant changes driven by The Forum project. Nearby, the University of Gloucestershire has taken over the former Debenhams building, and the old Chambers pub is being transformed into Coro Lounge by the Loungers group, known for brands such as Cosy Club and Brightside.
Hotel Indigo is now recruiting for a variety of roles to be filled from January 2026, led by General Manager Nadia Fakhredin. Interested candidates can look forward to competitive salaries and a chance to join a vibrant new team.
