National Lottery players are eagerly anticipating tonight’s draw, which boasts a substantial jackpot of £6.8 million.
Last month, the National Lottery introduced an exciting change to the Lotto format. Now, each Wednesday and Saturday draw features two rounds, doubling players' chances of winning a prize for the price of one line. According to the National Lottery, “New Lotto is here and it’s twice as exciting. Each Wednesday and Saturday Lotto draw will feature two rounds.”
Matching all six numbers in either round will secure a jackpot win; however, the jackpot is shared across both rounds. This means while players have a greater chance of winning, there is also an increased possibility of sharing the jackpot with other winners.

Tonight’s main Lotto draw will take place at 8 pm, followed by the Thunderball draw at 8:15 pm, with a prize of £500,000 on offer.
In addition to the twice-weekly Lotto draws on Wednesdays and Saturdays, players can tune in for EuroMillions draws every Tuesday and Friday, as well as Set For Life draws on Mondays and Thursdays.
