Multiple Vehicles Targeted in Gloucestershire Tyre-Slashing Spree

Over two consecutive days, several vehicles parked along Mathews Way in the Pagenhill area of Stroud, Gloucestershire, suffered tyre slashing. The incidents occurred on Monday, April 14, and Tuesday, April 15, with a total of four cars affected.

On Monday afternoon around 2 pm, two vehicles were targeted, and two more were damaged the following day. All of the vehicles were parked on the street at the time of the attacks.

Authorities obtained CCTV footage from a nearby property capturing a man walking along the road at approximately 11:40 am on Tuesday, April 15. The footage clearly shows him using what appears to be a knife to slash the rear passenger-side tyres of two vehicles.

Despite extensive investigations, Gloucestershire Police have not yet identified the suspect. They have now released the CCTV images in hopes the public can assist with identification.

A police spokesperson urged: “We want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area before or after the damage occurred. Anyone recognizing the individual or with information related to this incident should complete the online form, quoting incident number 303 of April 16.”
