Police have confirmed that Kelly, a 34-year-old woman reported missing from Gloucester, has been found safe and well. Earlier today, authorities issued a public appeal to help locate Kelly, who was last seen around 9:15 AM in the Witcombe area.
Kelly is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a medium build and mousey-brown, medium to long-length hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was believed to be wearing a dark long-sleeved sports top and blue shorts.
Concern was heightened as Kelly was reported to be driving a silver BMW 5 Series with the registration plate YE59 UZK. Gloucestershire Police had been actively searching for her and urged anyone with information to contact them immediately.
