A screenshot published by The Sun showed a parent warmly welcoming the Duchess of Sussex to the chat group named “Year 3,” accompanied by a books emoji. The parent wrote, “Welcome to Meghan who has Archie joining tomo.” Another parent added, “Welcome!” to the conversation.
Meghan responded with a message saying, “Hi moms! Thanks for the warm welcome [heart emoji] So happy to be a part of this community xx.” The Duchess had joined the group shortly before her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, started their first day at school in the UK. The screenshot has since been widely shared.
Following this, the Sussex children were moved to a different school amid security concerns tied to heavy traffic and the lengthy journey, which reportedly placed additional strain on the family’s security team, as reported by Hello! magazine. Archie, aged seven, and Lilibet, five, now attend a new school to help mitigate these issues.

The decision to change schools followed a recent meeting of the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec), which oversees royal security measures. Prince Harry is awaiting the outcome of the Risk Management Board’s threat assessment.
Ravec is also anticipated to determine whether the Sussex family qualifies for taxpayer-funded security now that they reside in the UK. According to The Telegraph, the committee chairman contacted the Duke of Sussex last week to confirm that, considering their changed circumstances, new risk assessments have been commissioned separately for him and for the Duchess.
In other news, on Tuesday morning, Meghan took to her official Instagram account to post a new reel marking Prince Harry’s 42nd birthday. The video features various images of the Duke, including some with their children, accompanied by the message “He’s simply the best.” Meghan added a personal birthday wish: “Happy birthday, my love [heart emoji].” The clip was set to the song “Simply the Best” by The Hound + The Fox.
