Kelly McKee Zajfen, entrepreneur, former model, and close friend of Meghan Markle, has shared a heartfelt post celebrating the duchess’s recent return to the United Kingdom. Posting on Instagram, Ms McKee Zajfen shared a collection of intimate photographs depicting Meghan, the Duke of Sussex, and her own six-month-old son, Jack, enjoying casual walks and pub lunches during her visit to their new home.
Describing Meghan as her “bestie,” she expressed her delight in witnessing this special chapter through Meghan’s eyes. The photographs include tender moments such as Meghan cradling baby Jack on her lap at a pub, while Prince Harry is shown enjoying playful time on the floor with the infant.
Ms McKee Zajfen, who appeared in Meghan’s Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, extended her gratitude to those who welcomed the duchess warmly, saying, “To everyone we’ve met or bumped into, thank you for being so loving to my friend. It’s been beautiful to witness. She missed you too!”

The montage of images also featured Princess Lilibet, seen from behind, gazing at baby Jack lying on a sofa beside his mother. Reflecting on the visit, Ms McKee Zajfen said, “There’s something so special about getting a taste of this magical place with my bestie, and having my sweet Jack along for the adventure. I’ve loved seeing this sweet chapter through her eyes and daily adventures! Especially getting to experience so many little firsts with Jack by my side.”
She added, “Family time is just what the heart ordered, accompanied by mashed peas and fish and chips! All of it has filled my heart. Great Britain, you’ve been so good to us. We’re leaving with full hearts and definitely leaving a piece of ours here.”
Earlier this year during a visit to Australia, Meghan was seen wearing a T-shirt bearing the slogan All Mama, All Heart, featuring a red heart over the word “Mama.” Proceeds from the shirt support the Alliance of Moms organisation, which Ms McKee Zajfen co-founded to aid young parents in Los Angeles’s foster care system.
The Sussexes arrived in the UK just over a month ago, marking a significant move following their departure from royal duties and relocation to the United States six years earlier. Their transition, however, has encountered challenges, including withdrawing their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, from a new school after just two days due to difficulties experienced by their private security during the school run.
Subsequently, the children are reported to have transferred to another school.
Relations between the Sussexes and the Royal Household have also seen tension, especially after a letter authorised by the King was circulated among senior government officials. The letter reiterated the couple’s status as “private citizens” and provided guidelines on their treatment, a move reportedly unexpected by Harry and Meghan, who favour the term “public figures.” The couple are currently awaiting a decision on whether they will be granted taxpayer-funded security.
