Cosmin Alexandru Pandia, a 36-year-old resident of Hawthorn Grove in Hereford, was arrested on Sunday, June 1, for possession of an offensive weapon and an air weapon in a public place. Following the incident in Hawthorn Grove, Pandia has been released on bail but is scheduled to appear at Hereford Magistrates' Court on June 26. He will face charges of carrying an offensive weapon and an air weapon in a public area.
