A disturbing incident occurred in Cirencester when a man directed explicit sexual comments at a woman walking with her young son. The encounter took place at The Forum car park around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27.
According to the Cotswolds Neighbourhood Policing Team, the suspect approached the woman as she was heading into town after parking her vehicle. Despite her walking away, the man lingered briefly before returning toward Tower Street.
The suspect is described as a slim white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, in his thirties. He has short, greasy dark hair and was dressed in a T-shirt, trousers, and trainers. At the time, he was carrying a holdall and spoke with a local accent.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant doorbell, CCTV, or dashcam footage to come forward. They are also keen to hear from anyone who may have experienced a similar incident and believes it could be connected.
