A man in his 40s has tragically died following a car crash in Cheltenham. The grey BMW 3 Series estate he was driving veered off the road and collided with a tree near Hawling, close to the A436, at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, October 26.
Emergency services rushed the driver to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with serious injuries. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on Friday, November 14.
Gloucestershire Constabulary confirmed that the man’s next of kin and the coroner have been notified. Specialist officers are providing ongoing support to his family during this difficult time.
