A man has been prohibited from entering certain areas of Cheltenham for the next 11 months following a series of complaints about abusive and threatening conduct towards local residents.
Nathan Hayward, aged 34, faced multiple reports lodged with police regarding his behaviour over several weeks. As a result, Gloucester County Court imposed an anti-social behaviour injunction (ASBI) against him on 3 July, which was formalised on 13 August.
Under the terms of the injunction, Hayward is forbidden from engaging in any actions causing alarm, harassment, or distress to individuals in Cheltenham or Gloucester. He is also prohibited from using or threatening violence towards anyone within Gloucestershire.

In addition, Hayward must avoid Warwick Place and Grove Street in Cheltenham at all times. This ASBI will remain in effect until 3 July 2027. Should he breach any conditions of the order, he faces arrest.
The injunction was secured through a partnership between Cheltenham Solace and the Cheltenham Neighbourhood Policing Team.
